Yes. PaymentFlux shows its own fee before you confirm. Any interest, charges, promotions or rewards remain subject to your card issuer’s terms.
No. PaymentFlux is not a bank and does not provide payment accounts, e-money, a wallet or a stored balance. Where a payment is enabled, card processing and transfer execution are carried out by third-party payment providers under their own controls.
PaymentFlux does not store full card numbers or raw card data on its own systems.
The service is designed to show payment status and provide payment records and status history you can use as evidence of payment.
A successful card payment alone does not mean the payment is complete through PaymentFlux. A payment is treated as complete only once the transfer to the Recipient has been successfully executed.
If the card step fails, no transfer is made to the Recipient. If the card succeeds but the transfer cannot be completed, we will try to return funds to your original payment method through our partners where possible. Timelines depend on partners and banks.
Identity checks are required before you can make live payments. This helps prevent fraud, misuse and impersonation.
Use Contact support and include your name, payment date, amount and any reference shown in the app. Formal complaints still use the complaints process.
A return of funds to your card may be possible before the transfer to the Recipient has completed, subject to partner processes. Once that transfer has completed, PaymentFlux cannot reverse the bank transfer through the service. Further detail is in Refunds and disputes and Platform terms.
Follow the complaints process if you are not satisfied with how an issue has been handled.
